Saturday oh Saturday..

Saturday oh Saturday.. Well I finally got a step closer to finishing my first quilt. I have been in the process of making it for a lil while. But today I was able to put the batting and backing on so all I have to prettymuch do is quilt it this is what it looked like before today...

i love it.... now if I could just get her to sleep in her bed all night it would be awesome...

How dare she..

Ok so over the weekend I decided to braid my daughters whole head. Ok no biggie whats a few braids ... it took me ALL day on sunday literally I started at 12 took a break to make supper and finished the last braid at 8:30pm thats crazy guess Im a slow braider. but this is what they looked like..

Not to bad some were a little loose since it has been forever since I braided hair like that. But for the most part she sat still and let me do my thing. So we wake up Monday morning I am all excited to see what it looks like not to many fly aways but she refused to wear the braids out. So I took them all out and she freaked "I dont want my hair like this take it out"


Excuse me... I wasted my whole Sunday to do her hair the way she wanted it and now she doesnt like it here is what we had to work with.

I thought it looked cute. Well to make a long story short she wore it in a pony there was no way I was gonna wash it out. So she was mad and I was a horrible mother.. Oh well this is just one of the many stories of these wonderful mood changes she goes through..

20 Something Bloggers..

Oh I am so excited I was determined to find a way to find different bloggs to read and follow. Since the whole google idea was taking forever going blog to blog but that has all changed I have found the best place on earth http://www.20sb.net/ Atleast it seems that way so far. I have to see if they will aprove me first. I still am having a hard time getting anyone to find me.. Am I that boring.. I know I dont have much to look at yet I'm still getting started. Im at the point where I'm not sure what to write I look at some blogs and they are all proper and dont talk in detail about there lives just there wonderful apple pie cooking lives and then there are other blogs of more detailed realationship hunting and saturday nights. So I'm just trying to fit in. :) I wish I had someone to tell me if I am doing this right. I guess for now I will just use this like my diary and try to clear all the static in my head. Lol

What to do

Well my daughter will be 8 in 7 days and I feel like I am losing control of her. She is rude to me and others, I know nothing she knows it all, and she is driving me NUTS... Any advice. I dont like to yell at her I take away her stuff and she doesnt seem to care. I feel like I am failing as a parent and dont know what to do. She has always been very well behaved I never had any problems up till recently but I wanna fix it asap before she gets out of control totally. Uggggh

Sunday Morning..

Hello. I just finished making pancakes n bacon. Not sure why I bother cause my punk only eats 2 bites and is "full". Oh well I guess thats why I never make a full breakfast. So I figured out how to change some of my font I guess it is starting to look better around here. I just gotta get people to see this lol.

Ok it is really late and I just finished customizing my Banner Woo Hoo.. Lol couple more tweeks then to bed for me...

This is my very first Post EVER..

Ok well it is saturday morning and for some reason I have been up since 7:05 am wide eyed and bushy tailed. lol So what else is there to do than come check out the world wide web. I dont quite kno what the plan is for today but I do know it is now 10:04 am and I am still trying to figure out how to make this blog look as nice as everyone elses. Hopefully ill get it soon. :) Ill check back a lil later... Bye
