This is my review of Bamboo cutting and chopping board from Bright Star Bamboo

I absolutely love the look of this bamboo cutting and chopping board made by Bright Star Unlimited. I love how on the edges it goes from a dark grain to a light grain. It appears to look like stripes. It is a larger size board measuring at 15" x 10" x 3/4". So there is plenty of room to cut or chop a lot of food. There is a deep grove that goes around the whole board to hold any water or juices. Bamboo boards naturally resist water therefore you wont have to worry about any bacteria lingering like you would with a traditional porous wooden board. It has a 100% anti microbial surface so it is super easy to clean, just use some warm water and a mild soap. I also used a little bit of mineral oil I had just to condition it. I am also happy as bamboo is harder than wood or plastic so it wont dull my nice sharp knives. I am very happy with this cutting board. From the looks to the quality I am very happy I purchased this item.
